Family Access
Support the whole person, not just the employee
What happens at home shows up at work. Family access gives the people your team goes home to somewhere to turn, so your staff aren't carrying it alone.

Extend access to your team's immediate family
When someone close to us is struggling, we carry it. That doesn't switch off at work.
It affects concentration, energy, and the ability to show up.
Foremind extends counselling to the immediate family members of your team, because the person and their home life aren't separate problems.

How it works for your team
Once an employee is on the platform, they can invite their immediate family members directly - a partner, spouse, or children.
Each family member creates their own separate account using a shared invite link. They get access to the same counselling and wellbeing resources as your team - mental health support, relationship counselling, financial guidance, and legal advice.
Managers see aggregated utilisation data only. What a family member books, and why, is completely private.

How it works for employers
You set the parameters. Choose how many family members each employee can invite and how many sessions you're willing to provide.
If a family member needs more sessions, they can request additional ones and you decide whether to approve them.
Utilisation reporting shows how many family members have accessed the service, so you can demonstrate the full value of what you're offering.
When a team member leaves, their family members are removed from the platform automatically.

Because the stress a partner is carrying at home shows up at work on Monday.
It's one of the simplest ways to show your people that the support you offer is genuine.

Stress at home doesn't stay at home. When a staff member's partner is struggling, their kid is having a hard time, or a parent's health is declining - it shows up at work as distraction, absenteeism, and eventually resignation. Family access addresses the actual source of the pressure, not just the symptoms that make it to the workplace.
No. You invite them directly through the platform. They get their own private access — separate from your account, separate from anything your employer can see. What they do with it is nobody's business but theirs.
