Required Skills
Qualifications in Counselling, or Psychotherapy, minimum Bachelor or Masters qualificationMinimum 3 years direct practice experience post-graduationRegistration with appropriate body e.g PACFA Clinical registration minimum, ACA level 3 minimumBroad experience providing individual counselling and support for personal and work-related issuesThrive in independent, flexible, self-managed environmentsA strong understanding of workplace and organisational dynamics and performance frameworksAbility to provide flexible support such as face-to-face, online and over the phone is desirableExperience in critical incident response highly regarded
About you
We encourage counsellors of all backgrounds, gender identities and expressions who are confident with digital tools and comfortable managing their own availability. Our platform allows clients to book directly with you, giving you the freedom to set your own hours while maintaining autonomy in your practice.This role is best suited to counsellors who already manage a private practice or EAP caseload and want to expand their reach without losing independence. You must be proactive, reliable, and disciplined in keeping your calendar client-ready.We strongly welcome applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander counsellors.
